  Just bought our hot tub from Laura, great customer service, knowledgeable and competitive pricing. We went in to get an idea of prices and we walked out with a purchase.

****** EDIT *******

We just had to call them for a problem with our spa. It is still under warranty. They have argued that they sold us the year model before ours and it was out of warranty. Once we sent documentation proving they were incorrect they have decided to not call back at all, We don’t know if they’re trying to run out the warranty so they don’t have to fix it or what the problem is. They are fantastic until  you have a problem

  Abbey is a definite asset to this business. She was absolutely wonderful and patient and extremely helpful with decisions. You cannot go wrong when dealing with Abbey or Mike at Blue Water Pools. Highly recommended!!!!
